Home Health Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Home Health Physical Therapists for our client in Lancaster, OH ! Type: 3-month contract, with potential for extension Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, at least 32 hours a week Pay: $57 to $59/hr Location: Coverage Areas: Pickaway Fairfield and Ross County for one PT and Muskingum and Licking and Fairfield county for other PT and OT would be Fairfield, Perry and Hocking county. Responsibilities of the Travel Home Health Physical Therapist: · Provide physical therapy care · Document in EMR · Perform Start of Care, Recertifications, and evals and treatment visitsQualifications for the Travel Home Health Physical Therapist: Actively, licensed physical therapist or occupational therapist At least one year of home health experience and HCHB documentation experience required. Ability to work independently in a field-based environment. Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned coverage area.
