RoleAs a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Leader), you'll directly supervise all employees within your department, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. You'll be responsible for training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, and resolving conflicts.
