The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in outpatient therapy and demonstrate capability in various therapeutic modalities.Qualifications: 1 year of professional experience in Physical Therapy. Current BLS certification. Valid AK license (required).Core Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients’ physical capabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress. Perform vital sign monitoring and pain assessments. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety measures.Preferred Skills: Experience in pediatrics or with adolescent populations. Ability to schedule appointments effectively. Familiarity with various modalities such as cervical traction, E-stim, and ultrasound.Work Settings: Outpatient Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Acute Care (LTAC)Patient Population:Adults and Geriatric patients with varying diagnoses, including but not limited to orthopedic and neurologic conditions.Additional Information: Daily Census: 6-8 patients. Facility provides housing and a rental vehicle for travelers during the assignment. Housing typically consists of 1-bedroom apartments, with a cleaning requirement upon departure.
