ResponsibilitiesDrive and manage the innovation lifecycle – from idea generation to early development Evaluate, prioritize, and mature high-potential research ideas Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Medical, and Business teams Lead innovation workshops, challenges, and ideation programs Build strong networks across scientific and industry communities Translate complex scientific concepts into business value and strategy Support innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term company goals Optimize processes to improve efficiency, quality, and impact QualificationsPhD + 1+ year OR Master’s + 3–5 years in Life Sciences Experience in R&D / innovation / research environments Strong ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments Required SkillsInnovation Management & Ideation Project Management (Agile / PMP preferred) Life Sciences / Diagnostics Domain Knowledge Cross-functional Collaboration Strategic Thinking & Systems Thinking Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills Strong Communication (scientific + business translation) Change Management & Problem Solving Preferred SkillsResearch Project Management Strategy / Planning Pay range and compensation packageWork on cutting-edge diagnostics innovation.
