As part of our contrast therapy studio team, you’ll guide clients through recovery and wellness experiences that help them recharge and feel their best.In this role, you’ll engage with prospective clients through timely phone calls and texts, lead detailed studio and suite tours to showcase the benefits of contrast therapy, and use confident, consultative sales techniques to help new clients take the next step in adding contrast therapy to their wellness routine.We are currently hiring a flexible part-time role for evenings and weekends!Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGuest (Intro) Experience and New Membership EnrollmentExecutes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SWTHZ products/services will satisfy their needs and goals.Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro's individual needs and goals.Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using assumptive sales and company sales protocolsOn-boards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities to drive studio profitabilityConsistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goalsProspecting and Lead GenerationResponsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities.Manages and follows up on leads/new business in CRM systemExecutes daily plans for successful lead management and selling activities. Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals.Client ExperiencePartners with Studio Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention.Ensures members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt attention to their needs.Maintains name relationships with members and serves as a resource for their questions or concerns.Provides a clean, friendly, well-maintained studio to members and guests.Studio ExperienceHelp maintain an organized and clean studio, lobby, and front desk areaAssist with suite turnover including the cleaning and sanitation of both the sauna and shower areas after each sessionAssist with laundry (loading washers/dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)Qualifications1+ years in salesHigh School Diploma or GED requiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certification (AED) received through in person training requiredExperience with membership sales is a significant advantagePhysical Demands / Environmental ConditionsMust be able to lift 50lbsPhysical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walkingShift Availability: This is a part-time position with evening and weekend hoursThis role requires 1 weekend day per week (2 Saturday and 2 Sunday shifts per month)Benefits of joining SWTHZTremendous growth opportunity within current studio and regionally (studios planned for Huntsville within 6 months, Knox Square (Hoover) within 12 months, and Chattanooga within 18 months)Access to SWTHZ services via staff privledges
