CNC Operator
Operator I-CNC OperatorJoin our dynamic manufacturing team as an Operator I-CNC Operator, where you'll play a vital role in producing high-precision components using advanced CNC machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other industrial tools. As a key contributor to our manufacturing process, you will ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise in mechanical blueprint interpretation, CNC programming, and precision measurement will help drive our commitment to excellence.
ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other related equipment to produce parts according to technical specifications and production schedules
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Program CNC machines using G-code, CAM programming software, and Fanuc controls to set up machining operations
Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to verify component dimensions
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment including press brake machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses to minimize downtime
ExperiencePrior experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with hands-on machine operation is highly preferred
Proficiency in CNC programming, CAM programming, and interpreting technical drawings is essential
Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial troubleshooting techniques is advantageous
Experience operating shop math tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and understanding GD&T principles
Knowledge of fabrication processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and flexo presses
Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret production documents effectively
