Hardware Team Lead (10+yrs)

We are looking for a Hardware Lead to drive end-to-end hardware design, development, and validation for embedded/automotive systems. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality design, and supporting system integration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead hardware design & development (schematics, PCB, system architecture)Define HLD/LLD and review design outputsOversee component selection, circuit design, and board bring-upDrive debugging, testing, and root cause analysis (RCA)Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standardsCollaborate with software, validation, and system teamsManage project timelines, deliverables, and team membersSupport customer discussions and technical reviewsRequired SkillsStrong experience in hardware design (analog/digital, PCB design)Knowledge of embedded systems and ECU hardwareExperience with schematic tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence)Understanding of power, signal integrity, and EMI/EMCHands-on debugging and lab testing skillsNice to HaveExperience in automotive or EV domainKnowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)Exposure to high-speed interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, PCIe)
