Facilities Manager

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $140K+, Day Shift, Direct Hire

A successful, local manufacturer isseeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. Your day-to-day as aFacilities Manager: Oversee engineering and maintenance for manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure Lead installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated machinery and robotics Direct preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Manage capital projects, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including ISO and cGMP Set departmental priorities, manage budgets, and develop team capabilities through training and coaching Your skills and experience: Extensive experience in industrial automation, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems Strong background in preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and facility management Proven leadership in managing technical teams and capital projects within a manufacturing environment Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and process improvement Ability to support new product introductions and equipment scale-up Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
