Business Development Specialist (IT)
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Specialist to lead outbound B2B sales efforts in the US IT staffing market.This role focuses on acquiring new clients, engaging hiring decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Talent Leaders), and driving full-cycle sales for contract and permanent technology staffing solutions.The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity outbound environment and understands US hiring trends, staffing models, and tech ecosystem dynamics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Outbound Sales & Lead GenerationExecute high-volume outbound outreach: Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn prospecting Target: SaaS companies, startups, enterprises, and tech firms Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospectsBusiness Development (US Market)Identify companies actively hiring tech talent (job postings, funding, expansion signals)Engage decision-makers: CTOs, Engineering Managers, Hiring Managers Position IT staffing services as a solution to hiring challengesFull-Cycle Sales ExecutionManage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Presentation → Negotiation → Closure Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs Present tailored staffing solutions (contract / permanent) Close new business and onboard clientsClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term client relationships Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement Drive repeat business and account growthPipeline & KPI ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingMeet and exceed KPIs including: Daily outbound activity Weekly meetings booked Client acquisition targets Provide regular sales reporting and forecastsCollaboration with Recruitment TeamWork closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements Ensure fast turnaround and quality candidate deliveryELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Staffing.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fieldExperience selling IT staffing / recruitment servicesStrong outbound sales experience.Experience working with the US market.REQUIRED SKILLS:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong objection-handling abilityUnderstanding of IT roles:Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI/MLAbility to identify hiring signals and research companiesCRM proficiency
