Budget & Projects Manager Pittsburgh, PA 15044 $80,000 – $100,000 Our client is seeking a Budget & Projects Manager to lead a small team within their Accounting Department. This role is responsible for overseeing budgeting processes, managing financial projects, and supporting key accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Sage Intacct, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial initiatives in a collaborative environment. Experience within healthcare accounting and multi-entity organizations is highly preferred. Budget & Project Manager Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget preparation process and provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting The Budget & Projects Manager will facilitate the preparation of multiple tax returns by coordinating with external tax professionals Oversee the completion of cost reports and quarterly PBJ submissions The Budget & Projects Manager will participate in the monthly financial close, including reconciliations and financial statement support Manage fixed assets and oversee the upload of monthly activity from standalone systems into the general ledger The Budget & Projects Manager will develop custom financial reports in Sage Intacct and assist with various accounting and operational special projects Supervise and support a small team within the accounting function Qualifications of the Budget & Projects Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience Experience with Sage Intacct preferred Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate financial data Experience working in multi-entity environments; healthcare accounting experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners#INMAR2026
