NOTE: It is required that candidates live near or in drivable range to the office location Albany NYJOB TITLE – CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST IISeize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Customer Service Specialist II supporting the New York State Department of Health Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) program.You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment.
