If you're someone with strong clinical skills, a calm and caring presence, and a passion for promoting patient well‐being, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoMonitor patient conditions and assess their needs to deliver the highest quality careObserve and interpret symptoms, reporting them clearly to physiciansCollaborate with healthcare team members to create individualized patient care plansPerform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.)Administer and adjust medications and treatments according to physician ordersMaintain a clean, safe environment by sanitizing equipment, preparing beds, and ensuring facility hygieneProvide immediate, effective care during emergenciesSupervise and mentor LPNs and Mental Health TechniciansOffer compassionate support to patients and their familiesExpand your skills through ongoing workshops, training, and professional developmentWho You AreA well‐trained, responsible RN who can deliver excellent nursing care with minimal supervisionCompassionate, patient, and cool‐tempered in all situationsCommitted to following health and safety guidelines and best practicesPassionate about educating patients and families on healthy habits and preventionShift Details* Part-Time Night Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM* Work with a supportive, team‐oriented staff that values collaboration and excellenceIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact while advancing your nursing career, we're excited to learn more about you!QualificationsSkills:Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesA team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and compassionateOutstanding organizational and multi-tasking skillsProven experience as a registered nurseBS or other diploma from a nursing programValid nursing license with at least 1 year if RN experience, preferably in psych or in an acute care setting
