Physician / Surgery - Cardiothoracic / Maryland / Locum tenens / Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon Needed Job

We are seeking Cardiothoracic Surgeons to provide ongoing part-time locum coverage in Maryland. This role supports hospital-based CT surgery services with specific scheduled call weeks and ongoing monthly availability. Position Details Ongoing need 1 week or long weekend/month 24-hour (7a 7a) or 12-hour (7a 7p) call shifts Average 1-3 cases a day 1-3 admissions per shift EMR: Meditech Responsibilities Rounding with PA each morning (2 4 hours, depending on surgical volume) Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery Perform urgent/emergent cardiothoracic procedures as needed Review consults initiated by PAs and determine next steps Manage open-heart, carotid, and occasional lung cases Requirements Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiac or Cardiothoracic Surgery Active Maryland Medical License DEA and CSR required Minimum Experience: 2 years To apply or learn more , please contact us with your CV and availability.
