Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the people strategy for its rapidly expanding, multi-site healthcare services platform. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, with a focus on owning the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce scaling, development, compliance, recruiting, and fostering a strong organizational culture. This role demands a hands-on, strategic operator with a proven track record in professionalizing and scaling HR in high-growth, multi-site environments, particularly those with a focus on healthcare, services, or other regulated industries. The CHRO will be responsible for building and leading a large HR organization, driving leadership development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a preference for those who have previously held a CHRO or VP of HR role. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading large HR teams, a strong background in scaling recruiting, training, and compliance functions, and a proven ability to partner with executive leadership, particularly in a PE-backed or high-growth environment. Key requirements include a strong executive presence, change leadership skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The CHRO will also be expected to lead change management during periods of growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation, and to build robust HR analytics to support executive decision-making.Travel Percent
