Senior Cleaning Technician

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Senior Cleaning Technician in Hillsboro, OR. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. $22/hour Job Duties: Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance. Oversee and perform advanced cleaning tasks, including chemical treatment and vacuuming of physical surfaces in construction or technical environments. Execute specialized floor care tasks such as polishing, finishing, stripping, and sealing. Clean and maintain windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods. Steam clean and maintain rugs with precision and attention to detail. Manage the dusting of furniture, walls, machines, and hardware. Operate and oversee the movement of heavy supplies, equipment, or furniture manually or with hand trucks. Ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently, professionally, and in line with client and customer expectations. Enforce and adhere to all safety regulations and job requirements. Handle additional responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
