Assist with planning and administering a wide range of fairly typical, conventional and well-established basic aquatic activities.Assist manager in planning and establishing aquatic certification curriculum to include lifeguarding, lifeguard instructor, water safety instructor, water fitness ,and other safety, fitness and recreational certification and educational programming.Review budget execution reports with the aquatic manager to ensure desired execution rate is met. Assists in the preparation of the annual quarterly and monthly budget input including UFR updates and request for special funding.Maintains adequate staffing to ensure a safe, functional, and enjoyable recreation activity. Assists with maintaining, ensuring accountability and proper operating condition of equipment.Assists and advises guests of available programs and responds to concerns. This experience may have been gained managing indoor or outdoor aquatic programs and facilities. Required experience must have been equivalent to the next lower grade level.
