The manager is open to Staff or Senior Level candidates; please submit at the appropriate rate based on years of experience.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate agreement for right of way easements on client's behalf.Negotiate removal or establish license agreement for encroachments on client's transmission easements or fee right of way.Desktop review and field verification of potential encroachments.Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses.Complete rights and restriction reviews.Research and review of real property-related documents.Understand and interpret easement agreements.Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into a stakeholder management database.Complete document research as needed.Manage and prioritize workload.Support client needs as directed.Efficient at working independently as well as in team environment.Required SkillsWorking knowledge of general real estate law.Strong attention to detail.Good verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking software.Capable of working with diverse skill sets in fast paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player focused on client service.Well organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts.Preferred SkillsExperience with GIS and familiarity with construction drawings preferred but not required.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.Valid driver's license required.
