Electronic Technician/Soldering Tech/Prototype Assembler

Position: Electronic Technician/Soldering Tech/Prototype Assembler Company: NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. Responsibilities: Proficient in the use of soldering and desoldering equipment including irons, tweezers and hot air tools. Ability to solder fine pitch SMD components and ICs and through hole components. Soldering skills should be acceptable for production rework. Proficient in Prototype PC board assembly and fabrication of new assemblies. Ability to make cables and cable assemblies with crimp tools. Ability to work with assembly documents, schematics and bills of materials. Work with design engineers and contribute feedback on prototype designs. Proficient with basic test equipment, multimeters, and hand tools. Computer skills for MS office required.
