LOCATIONS: Hybrid 3 days in office at our Warrick, RI OfficePay: 43k - 55k plus CommissionLicensed Agents Start: June 2026Non-Licensed Agents Start: August 2026Training Hours/location: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm ESTSchedule After Training: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm EST (shift will be assigned to you after training)Rotational Saturdays 8am-5:30pm EST (once a month)Title: Inbound Insurances Sales AgentHiring motivated sales agent looking to break into Property and Casualty Insurance Sales. Individuals who are client focused with an ability to build report, sell and build value around insurance solutions. If you love being rewarded for your efforts, this is the place for you. We provide in depth training, ongoing coaching, and a warm launch to set you up for success but you must come ready to sell and ready to win. Must be able to obtain license before start if offered.Job Duties:Provide Insurance Solution to inbound callers by gathering customer information, generating accurate quotes, and binding policies; proactively place outbound follow-ups when needed to close opportunities.Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships.
