Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Job Opportunity: Locum OB/GYN Physician in Longmont, CO Join our dynamic team at a leading medical facility in Longmont, Colorado, where we are looking for a dedicated OB/GYN physician to provide essential care. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including low and high-risk pregnancies. Perform deliveries in a Level II nursery with the ability to transfer to a higher-level NICU. Manage an average of 4-5 patients per day in a hospital setting. Conduct an average of 3-4 deliveries and 1-4 emergent OB/GYN surgeries per week. Engage in routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and VBACs. Perform necessary gynecological surgical procedures, both minor and major. Collaborate with a team of 7 OB/GYNs and 4 mid-levels to ensure quality patient care. Utilize Epic for documentation and facilitate referrals as necessary. Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled. Qualifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN. Current Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC LOQ. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Ability to perform required obstetric, labor & delivery, and gynecological procedures. Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the month) at the time of presentation.
