Patient Access Representative

Our growing healthcare client is looking for a Patient Access Representative on a contract to hire basis.for their office in Oak Park.In office position.8:00am - 5:00pm scheduled Monday through Friday.Responsibilities of Patient Access RepresentativeEngage with leads through personalized communication, addressing questions and providing information about our services and care options, including external referrals when needed.Quickly handle and follow up on referrals via fax, phone calls, email, website submissions, and other online platforms to convert inquiries into appointments.Keep detailed records of interactions and status updates in an EHR or CRM system.Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure patients are matched with the right services and providers.Work with various departments to improve patient access, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.Requirements of Patient Access Representative High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience as a receptionist, medical administrative support, marketing, or sales support preferred.Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHR, and CRM systems.Familiarity with electronic medical record systems like eClinicalWorks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of medical scheduling and phone systems.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to mbeydoun@hrsus.com.We treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
