Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python Django.Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.Debug and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–5 years of hands-on development experience.Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.Proficient in Python Django for building backend APIs and web applications.Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7).Experience with RESTful API design and integration.Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and branching strategies.Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills (Good to Have):Experience with TypeScript.Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).Understanding of GraphQL and WebSockets.Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
