Overview In this role you will drive Salesforce development and CRM implementations for enterprise clients, aligning technical solutions with business requirements. You will work within IT teams to deliver robust integrations, scalable deployments, and secure data flows on the Force.com platform. You will shape how customers leverage Salesforce capabilities to meet business goals, including complex customization, reporting, and automation. The opportunity emphasizes global delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and staying current with Salesforce innovations. ResponsibilitiesDevelop Apex, Visualforce pages, triggers, and controllers to implement complex business requirementsDesign and implement integrations using SOAP/REST, web services, and WSDL generationManage deployments and packaging via Metadata API, ChangeSet, and AntMigrate customizations from Sandbox to Production and handle data/configuration migrationsBuild and customize reports, dashboards, workflows, and approvalsImplement Salesforce security, coding standards, and best practicesWork with tools such as Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, and AJAX toolkitCollaborate in a global delivery environment and translate requirements into technical solutionsStay updated with Salesforce product launches (e.g., Wave Analytics, Lightning) and respond to evolving client needsSupport on-premise integrations (e.g., Siebel, OMS) and third-party integration tools like CastIron/Boomi Key requirementsMinimum 2 years implementing CRM solutions with Salesforce Force.com, Salesforce Cloud implementationsAt least 3 years of Salesforce development experienceProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web servicesExperience with Salesforce deployment techniques (Metadata API, ChangeSet, Ant) and best practicesStrong understanding of governor limits and security implementationsSOAP/REST web services development and WSDL generationSOSL and SOQL, workflowsExperience with Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkitMigration of customizations from Sandbox to ProductionBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; will consider 3 years of progressive IT experience in lieu of educationGood written and verbal communication; ability to work in diverse stakeholder environmentsFamiliarity with Wave Analytics, Lightning is a plusU.S. work authorization requirementsteam collaborationstrong communicationanalytical thinkingApexVisualforceSOQL
