Customer Onboarding SpecialistLocation: Coppell, TX Remote Duration: Contract to Hire This role focuses on helping new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and use the TaxAct software suite. Guiding customers through initial setup and software installation. Assisting with account creation and EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) documentation uploads. Supporting data migration from previous software providers. Providing a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention. Serving as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase. Communicating via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation. Coordinating pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment. Managing training schedules for new hires. Ensuring compliance with company policies. Should have workday experience. Fostering a welcoming internal environment and smooth start for new employees. Employees in this type of role generally need a bachelor's degree in a related field like Human Resources or Business Administration, along with must have strong organizational and communication skills.
