We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health & Safety Compliance Specialist to join our growing team.This is an entry-level, high-impact opportunity ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in health and safety consulting. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support a diverse client base, gaining hands-on experience in industrial hygiene, regulatory compliance, and safety program development while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health, safety, and manufacturing professionals to deliver health & safety consulting services to industrial and heavy commercial clients.Support the evaluation and enhancement of client health and safety programs, identifying gaps and recommending practical solutions.Conduct on-site facility assessments and safety audits to evaluate workplace conditions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Perform industrial hygiene services, including worker exposure monitoring for noise, chemical, and heat-related hazards.Assist in air monitoring, sampling activities, and coordination with laboratories for analysis.Review and interpret laboratory and field data to assess compliance with regulatory standards.Prepare clear, comprehensive technical reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.Develop and deliver customized health & safety training programs tailored to client needs.Serve as a technical resource on health and safety topics under the guidance of senior staff.Support project execution by tracking schedules, deliverables, and overall quality to ensure timely completion.Perform assignments as directed by team leadership, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical informationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethicPreferred:Familiarity with OSHA General Industry and Construction standardsExposure to EPA regulations or other environmental compliance frameworksInternship or coursework related to industrial hygiene, safety, or environmental complianceThis is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
