Salary: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 AnnuallyLocation : Sumter, S.CJob Type: Full-Time StaffJob Number: 202400131Division: Student AffairsDepartment: Student DevelopmentOpening Date: 02/20/2026Closing Date: 3/31/2026 11:59 PM EasternJob ResponsibilitiesOversee services addressing student basic needs; including, but not limited to, Student Nutritional Access Center (SNAC) food pantry, Titan Attire Clothes Closet operation, and emergency funding applications. Meet with students to discuss needs and develop referral plan and support. Create and coordinate basic needs drives and resource distribution efforts. Promote services to students through in-person, virtual, and written outreach and promotions; including outreach tabling, workshop presentations, etc. Documents student interaction and maintain accurate paperwork/reports, attends other specified meetings/trainings as required. Coordinates Special Population and Non-Traditional Programs. Reviews policies, procedures, and regulations of related activities/services for compliance or necessary revisions to maintain effective operations. Compiles, implements, and monitors program budgets and related reports or amendments. Prepares and submits timely reports on the program's activities and services to internal and external constituents. Provides academic, career, and placement counseling to program participants. Develops and implements positive drop-out intervention and tracking procedures of students' academic progress. Represents department on committees and supports the department across a range of student engagement, support functions, and data reporting and tracking. Serves on the Student Support Team. Collaborates with all institutional divisions to determine integration of services across divisions.
