Come work with an exciting start up company! Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Support Coordinator. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include processing sales orders, resolving client inquiries, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and enhance customer service delivery. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to assist clients effectively and resolve issues promptly.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client correspondence and teamwork.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to manage documentation, schedules, and sales-related tasks efficiently.Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, generate reports, and contribute to strategy development.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time-management and organizational skills.Proficiency with relevant software tools, including CRM systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
