With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and scalable technology, the team is building the next generation of AI powered business solutions that drive measurable business value.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Engineer to serve within a rapidly growing Generative AI and Business Intelligence organization. This individual will bridge the gap between business priorities and technical execution, partnering closely with senior leadership, product teams, architects, and engineering resources to deliver impactful AI driven solutions.In this role, you will help shape and execute the organization's Generative AI and GenBI vision while remaining hands on with technology. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guide engineering teams through execution, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives focused on conversational analytics, AI powered insights, and natural language access to enterprise data.Key Responsibilities• Drive execution across Generative AI and Business Intelligence initiatives from concept through delivery• Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, architecture designs, and actionable engineering plans• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI Engineers, Agent Builders, and cross functional engineering teams• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery strategies• Shape and advance the Generative AI and GenBI roadmap, including conversational analytics and natural language data solutions• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies across AI, machine learning, analytics, cloud, and enterprise data platforms• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders• Identify technical risks, resolve execution challenges, and establish scalable engineering best practicesKey Requirements• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or a related technical discipline• Strong hands on experience with Python and SQL in enterprise scale environments• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Generative AI and Business Intelligence solutions• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, large scale data ecosystems, and analytics environments• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud based AI, analytics, or data technologies• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead execution across engineering teams• Experience developing technical roadmaps and partnering with product teams to deliver complex technology initiatives• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with Databricks and modern data platform technologies• Experience building conversational analytics solutions or natural language interfaces for enterprise data• Experience working with AI agents, agent frameworks, or AI powered applications• Experience partnering closely with Product Managers or Product Owners on roadmap planning and delivery execution• Ability to influence technical direction and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groupsWhy Join This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to help shape a growing Generative AI and Business Intelligence organization focused on delivering innovative solutions at scale.
