Here’s a taste of your key responsibilities: Be The Face: The Lobby Bar is a dynamic, fun, fast paced, fine dining environment in a unique hotel space! Keep the Restaurant Buzzing: Maintain a clean, stocked, and inviting restaurant. Develop a positive rapport with our guests and guide them through their culinary journey. Team Player: Support our fantastic bartenders and host/hostess team, making sure every guest receives top-notch service. Your teamwork will help create a seamless dining experience. Guest Relations: Communicate with guests to understand their preferences and make recommendations. Your knowledge of our menu and daily specials will help you provide personalized service. Event Ready: Get ready to serve at catered parties and special events, adding your flair to every occasion. Cash Control: Handle checks and cash transactions with accuracy, using our Point of Sales System like a pro. What We’re Looking For: To join our fun-loving team, you’ll need: A high school diploma or GED, plus at least one year of bartending experience (or a mix of education and experience). A passion for mixology, fun wines, creative cuisine served in an environment surrounded by art and creative people. Alcohol Awareness Training to ensure a safe and responsible environment.
