Faith Programs Manager

Join Our Team at the Seton Shrine as a Faith Programs Manager! Seton Heritage Ministries is seeking a mission-driven, organized, and collaborative Faith Programs Manager to lead and oversee programs that offer meaningful spiritual experiences to Shrine visitors. Working closely with the Programs and Operations Director, this role provides leadership for Worship, Shrine Retreats, Seeds of Hope (SOH), Prayer Line, and Basilica Interpretation. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all Faith programs, retreats, and special events. Build and maintain relationships with internal staff and external partners supporting Faith programming. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers involved in Faith programs. Ensure smooth program execution, including scheduling, logistics, and participant support. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to promote programs effectively. Maintain accurate records and program documentation. Manage program budgets and approve expenditures. Represent the Shrine at events, retreats, and liturgies. Contribute to organizational planning, policy, and special projects as needed. Promote a positive, mission-aligned, and collaborative workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Ministry, or a related field required. Candidates with equivalent experience will be considered. Substituting experience for a degree requires an additional 4 years of relevant experience. 3 years of liturgical experience and supervising staff or volunteers. Demonstrated strategic thinking, a people-centered and supportive approach to guiding staff and volunteers, flexibility, and strong emotional intelligence. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and unexpected challenges required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, editing, and preparing professional correspondence and materials required. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with colleagues, leadership, and external partners required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience managing digital filing systems required. Demonstrates a warm, approachable, and engaging presence. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. Maintains composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations and when interacting with diverse personalities. Physical Requirements Physically able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to move/lift tables, chairs, and other equipment up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in environments with exposure to varying temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, as part of regular job duties. Must be physically capable of safely performing tasks outdoors or in non-climate-controlled settings for extended periods on occasion. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. Typical schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 hours per day. One Sunday per month required for Mass, with guidance at key liturgies and select Sunday Masses when the Worship & Retreats Coordinator is unavailable or requests time off, including holidays.
