Custom Pad Printer - Part Time

The custom printer role is responsible for bringing the visions of our customers to light and ensuring that our products meet their expectations. A positive attitude and the drive to succeed are key factors in this role. Our production environment works well with all schedules, including those in college.Duties include, but are not limited to:Set up, troubleshoot and operate padding machinery efficiently and safelyRead and check work orders to ensure jobs are being padded correctlyPerform print checks to ensure proper machine set-up, registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality before proceeding with the print jobCount golf balls to verify the quantity fills the job orderSet up and change runs multiple times a dayWork independently and maintain exceptional quality at a fast paceClean, oil and store pads nightlyMaintain a safe and clean work area taking out the trash and sweeping work areaAbility to sit for long periods of timeAdditional Expectations:All of the above positions include the following:Follow core values of Golfballs.com: Team Work, Accountability, Innovation, Exceeding Expectations, and Positive EnergyPunch in and out daily including punching out for one-half hour lunchNo personal devices, texting or calls allowed on the floor except for emergenciesAttends work as scheduled by managerCheck work schedule weekly communicating availability with the manager in a timely manner prior to schedulingMake arrangements with a coworker to cover your shift when unable to work your shift as scheduledProvide manager with at least an hour's notice when not able to attend work as scheduled informing your manager of the arrangements made for coverageMake requests for time off in a timely mannerMust be able to function within a team working environmentDispose of garbage daily according to company policiesAble to work Saturdays if needed to meet company goalsQualificationsEducation, experience, technical skills, physical demands, etc.:HS diploma or GEDWill be trained, previous experience desired but not requiredMust be at least 18 years or older to work on machineryAble to bend, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds as neededMust have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of timeOur ideal candidate will have a strong eye for small details and is consistently accurate in the performance of dutiesCan work under tight deadlinesWill perform additional duties as directed by the manager that may include covering other areas within the department and working additional hours as needed to meet company goalsWill be in contact with inks and solventsRequires repetitive movementAbility to take direction and be a fast learnerEnergetic/ professional/ dependableAbility to communicate in EnglishReliable transportation
