IT Support Technician

Job Title: IT Support Technician Location: Appleton, WI (Hybrid) Pay Range: $20-$24/hr Schedule: 2-3 Days/wk on-site Term: 6+ Month Contract Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming IT equipment orders, including:Unboxing, scanning, and asset tagging devicesImage laptops and install required softwareHandle laptop returns, including diagnostics and processingProvide occasional end-user support, such as assisting with laptop setupMonitor and respond to team mailboxesCoordinate repair shipments with external vendorsManage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including tracking and disposalsDeliver equipment to onsite helpdesk or lobby pickup areasCollect returned equipment from designated areasSet up new equipment within the office environment QualificationsExperience with hardware support, device setup, or IT asset managementFamiliarity with laptop imaging and software installationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and track inventory accuratelyComfortable interacting with end users when neededEntry- to mid-level IT support experience preferred If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
