These systems offer a cost-effective and rapidly deployable alternative to traditional infrastructure solutions.Our customers and partners include leading telecommunications providers, infrastructure operators, research institutions, government agencies, and defense organizations worldwide.We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about innovation, technical excellence, and contributing to groundbreaking aerospace technologies.Position SummaryThe Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, integration, and testing of hardware and software systems supporting next-generation high-altitude aircraft platforms. This position requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering, embedded systems development, and systems integration for demanding operational environments.The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience developing embedded hardware and software solutions, validating system performance, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign electrical circuits and embedded systems that interface with a variety of sensors and actuators based on mission requirements.Integrate peripheral devices with computing platforms using communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, RS-232/422, CAN bus, and related protocols.Develop and integrate embedded systems utilizing TCP/IP networking and communication stacks.Create and maintain QA/QC test procedures for electrical and embedded systems.Collaborate with testing teams to automate test, checkout, and validation processes.Develop and maintain Bash scripts and automation tools to streamline system management and deployment.Perform system validation using laboratory test equipment including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support project development and execution.Conduct trade studies and evaluations to support selection and optimization of avionics and data acquisition systems.Generate technical reports documenting test results, system performance, and flight operations.Support additional engineering and operational activities as required.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on embedded systems engineering experience; 5+ years preferred.Experience working with communication protocols including:I2CSPICAN BusSerial communication protocolsTCP/IP networkingOther common embedded communication interfacesProficiency with:Embedded LinuxC/C++PythonAltium DesignerMicrosoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to integrate hardware and software into reliable, cohesive systems.BenefitsThe company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional growth, including:Competitive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.Onsite wellness and recreational amenities.Complimentary meals, snacks, and refreshments.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and communications technologies.Equal Opportunity EmployerConfidential Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
