The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting with the modernization of customer engagement, underwriting, and claims through a modular, API-first platform. This executive, hands-on leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure the success of client implementations, from the initial deal to long-term satisfaction. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the U.S. implementation operating model, building and leading cross-functional delivery teams, establishing delivery KPIs, and creating repeatable delivery playbooks to enhance scalability. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in leading enterprise SaaS or platform implementations, with a preference for those who have experience in the insurance sector. A strong understanding of US insurance carrier technology ecosystems and a proven track record of delivering large, complex programs for enterprise clients are essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with Agile or hybrid delivery models, has executive presence, and can effectively engage in C-suite level client conversations. The VP of Platform Delivery will also be expected to have a commercial mindset, be data-driven, and focused on achieving outcomes.
