Who we are looking for: Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to work in a fast paced Audiology and Hearing Aid Practice. Individual must be able to multi task, answer multiple phone lines, and assist Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers in their daily tasks.Responsibilities and DutiesSomeone energetic and friendly to welcome our patients and help with various aspects of patient careRegister and schedule appointments according to established protocols Assist patients to complete all necessary forms (English / Spanish)Work with patient’s insurance as needed Advanced Computer skills using Windows, Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and ExcelEnsure patient information and entries into medial software programs our accurateMaintain and manage patient recordsProcess incoming instruments and accessoriesMaintain the cleanliness of the officeEnsure reception area clean and well maintainedCorrespond with patients through email and/or phone calls/text Move patients through appointments as scheduled Answer incoming calls and assist patients as necessaryCollect co-pays and payments including credit card chargesSafeguard patient privacy and confidentialityQualifications and SkillsMinimum of Associates degree, but prefer Bachelor’s Degree2+ years of front office experience preferredBilingual (Fluent English and Spanish Written and Oral) MandatoryExperience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Outlook, ExcelAbility to work with other staff membersStrong Organizational skillsWork Appropriate nailsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offVision and Dental option availableHealthcare setting: ClinicSchedule:8 hour shiftAbout Audio RxAudio Rx Hearing Services is an Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing office that provides diagnostic services for hearing loss and vertigo to patients for over 40 years.
