We work closely with clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on budget from move-in to move-out.Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment built around problem-solving, teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence.Position OverviewAll Exhibit Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating trade show labor projects, preparing estimates, and ensuring successful execution of events nationwide.The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional under pressure, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients while working closely with operations, labor coordinators, project managers, and on-site supervisors to deliver exceptional service.This is a fast-paced role within the trade show and live events industry that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day communication with clients regarding upcoming trade show and event projectsCoordinate labor requests for installations, dismantles, supervision, and on-site supportPrepare estimates, proposals, labor schedules, and work ordersReview exhibitor kits, union rules, show regulations, and venue requirementsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficientlyTrack project timelines, labor hours, budgets, and client deliverablesBuild and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer serviceIdentify opportunities for additional services and business growthSupport operations during major trade shows, conventions, and event activationsAssist with resolving on-site challenges, scheduling conflicts, and client concerns in real timeEnsure all project documentation, billing details, and approvals are accurate and up to dateCollaborate with warehouse, logistics, and management teams to support successful event execution Qualifications2+ years of experience in account management, project management, trade shows, events, or related industries preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentExperience with trade show labor, exhibit houses, conventions, or live events is highly preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business softwareAbility to adapt quickly and remain professional under pressureKnowledge of union and non-union labor environments is a plusBachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyFast-paced and team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work on major trade shows, conventions, and live events nationwideHealth benefits and paid time off available based on employment termsCareer development opportunities within the trade show and events industryWhy Join AES?At All Exhibit Solutions, you are not just joining another labor company, you are joining a growing organization focused on building long-term relationships, delivering high-level service, and becoming a trusted nationwide partner within the trade show and events industry.
