The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience with HVAC air and hydronic concepts and must be capable of performing routine calculations, equipment layout, basic equipment under supervision of senior staff.Mechanical Graduate Engineer Requirements:Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture/Engineering.Basic design and layout of HVAC air and hydronic systemsMust be able to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal contacts with other Halff officesCollaborate effectively with other engineers, architects, and project stakeholders including ownersWorking knowledge of IMC and ASHRAE 90.1Mechanical Engineer Preferred Experience:Three + years of HVAC and energy modelingExperience in Trane Trace 700 or Carrier HAPRevit (BIM) and AutoCAD production experienceAbility to obtain the Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plusCompany Overview:Halff is a mid-sized, employee-owned, diverse, and multi-disciplined professional services firm designed, engineered, planned, constructed - and purposed - for people.
