The intern will be responsible for legal consulting, legal document preparation, calendar management, communication, and addressing various legal issues using AI technology. The role will involve hands on learning and day-to-day tasks related to developing internal operating procedures regarding legal research, document analysis and drafting, and assisting the principal attorney with case preparation. This intern will be personally directed by the managing partner and will report directly to the founder of the firm.
