Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer (Backend + React)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience in React to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work across backend services and frontend interfaces, delivering end-to-end solutions using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java/J2EEBuild and consume RESTful APIs and web services
- Develop scalable solutions using Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.jsCollaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Work on microservices architecture and integrate frontend with backend services
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Java backend development
- Strong knowledge of Java / J2EEHands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot
- Experience building RESTful APIsHands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience with Git or version control systems
Preferred Skills:
- (Nice To Have)
- Experience with Redux / React Hooks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Experience with Kafka or messaging systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
