This position performs die changeovers, setups, and operates single stroke mechanical presses (70 tons and up) to blank, punch, and form parts to specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesRead, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsHandle materials to and from workstations and prepare equipment for productionOperate press to punch and form parts according to specificationsPerform die changeovers and select appropriate materialsTroubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues or seek technical support as neededAdjust and tighten hold down bolts, dies, springs, and pins, lubricate materials and partsComplete all required production paperworkReport work shortages and perform rework as neededMaintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience using press machines, other machining and manufacturing preferred.Ability to read OMS and quality specificationsExcellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement supportAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans*Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
