Description
SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst Associate for our Crane, IN location.
Candidates will
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.
Responsibilities may include
Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee).
Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
Work is closely supervised. Follow specific, detailed instructions. IMPACT: Contributions are usually limited to task-related activities. LIASON: Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, project leaders, and other professionals in the group.
Qualifications
Typical Education and Experience
Bachelors degree and 0 years related experience.
Skills
Strong Administrative and Office skills capable of juggling multiple projects at once, The ability to coordinate materials, schedules, and supplies for large teams.
Experience with specific systems like:
APACS: Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System.
GEARS Program: Managing building access and authorization packages.
Defense Travel System (DTS): Reviewing, approving, and coordinating travel arrangements and reimbursements for DoD personnel.
Foreign Clearance Guide (DOW): Expertise in international travel requirements.
