If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and team leadership, we invite you to become a vital part of our success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations, including sales activities, customer service, inventory management, and employee schedulingRecruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer serviceDrive sales performance through effective coaching, motivation, and goal settingEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardsManage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maximize salesResolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfactionAnalyze sales data and prepare reports to monitor store performance and identify improvement opportunitiesFoster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growthSkills and Qualifications:Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbalProven experience in retail sales management or a similar leadership roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to motivate and lead a diverse teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systemsCustomer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a plusAt Blue Fig USA, we value our team members and are committed to providing a supportive environment that promotes professional development and career growth.
