Warehouse Associate/StockerPosition Description Summary:All Paradies Lagardère positions, including the Warehouse Associate/Stocker, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members. These requirements/functions may change throughout their employment.Must have a passion for the guest!Must say "Yes", "Please", and "Thank You"!Must smile often!Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers.Maintain a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip resistant shoes.Must have the ability to communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure proper compliance to rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform.Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.Proper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment.Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates.Maintain warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment.Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.).Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes.Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.Identify and report to Management discrepancies according to defined process.Follows correct First In, First Out process.Maintain good time management.Perform other duties as assigned.Duties and Responsibilities:Put the customer first at all times, (internal and external customers)Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distributionProper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environmentCreate and maintain good working relationships with fellow associatesMaintain store / stockroom / warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standardsEfficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipmentEfficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.)Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processesBe able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as requiredAccurately report and follow up on all IMT issuesIdentify and report to management discrepancies according to defined processPrice stock and assist in store stocking, where requiredPosition Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalency required / bachelor's degree preferredMust have a valid driver's licenseMinimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience requiredMust have strong customer service and effective communication skills.Work with a consistent sense of urgency.Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once.Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction.Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.Computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of stores; early morning, evening and weekend work and holidayEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
