Accounting ManagerFull time ONSITE positionNorth Broward CountySeeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and support financial reporting, analysis, and business performance initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally across the organization to ensure accurate financial management, operational efficiency, and compliance.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, taxes, and bankingSupport month-end and year-end close processesReconcile balance sheet accounts and manage cash forecastingOversee collections, payment approvals, and expense reportingPrepare financial and management reporting packagesFile monthly and quarterly sales/use tax returnsCoordinate year-end audit activitiesMentor and supervise accounting staffMaintain internal controls and ensure regulatory complianceStay current on accounting standards and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required5+ years of accounting experiencePrior management experience preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skills requiredSAP and ERP system experience preferredStrong communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
