Implementation Manager
ResponsibilitiesThe Implementation Manager will oversee the technical application design, construction, and implementation for assigned accounts and projects. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists, developing ongoing plan operations as needed, and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries as well as monitoring projects and plans to ensure implementations are processed efficiently.Lead a small implementation teamManage and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scopeEnsure clients receive the best implementation experience and guidance throughout the process and are implemented in a timely and efficient mannerOversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clientsOrganize and lead meetings with the clients to promote forward progress of the implementation processBring in Subject-Matter Experts (SME) to cover topics and assist in configuration of Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, TLM, GL, Applicant Tracking and additional ancillary productsBe ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before transition to Customer ServiceFollow defined project plan to effectively implement additional HCM servicesCommunicate all steps and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with client and teamSchedule and complete necessary new client on-site, telephone, or internet training to customer's satisfactionManage client relationship and provide primary client service throughout implementationWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferredExcellent organizational skillsStrong product, service and technical backgroundHighly organized, able to multi-task and work with others, etc.Excellent communication skillsProven customer service skillsHCM and iSolved experience is a plusGreat Perks And BenefitsOnsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangementsCompetitive medical, dental, and vision insurance plansFSA/HSA account optionsPaid Time Off (PTO)401k employer matching program to save for retirementTuition reimbursement and professional growth opportunities through continuing educationSupplemental insurance options for life, AD&D, STD, LTD, and critical illnessBonuses for helping with business development leadsIncredible potential for upward mobility and career growthWhat's the schedule?This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.How do I join?First step is applying with your resume.
