The family is looking for someone who can notice the children’s interests, turn them into meaningful learning opportunities, prepare activities ahead of time, and bring steady follow-through to their development.This is a collaborative, multi-generational household with involved grandparents and a full-time housekeeper. The right candidate will be flexible, observant, and comfortable working as part of a broader family village while still confidently leading the children’s routines, activities, and learning.The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, organized, adaptable, and developmentally focused.
