A warm West University family n is seeking a calm, organized, and intentional Full-Time Nanny or Educator to support their two young girls, 11 months and 3.5 years old.This role is ideal for a professional nanny or educator who loves child-centered, play-based learning and enjoys creating purposeful days for young children. The family is looking for someone who can notice the children’s interests, turn them into meaningful learning opportunities, prepare activities ahead of time, and bring steady follow-through to their development.This is a collaborative, multi-generational household with involved grandparents and a full-time housekeeper. The right candidate will be flexible, observant, and comfortable working as part of a broader family village while still confidently leading the children’s routines, activities, and learning.The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, organized, adaptable, and developmentally focused.
