ML Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Conduct cutting-edge research in efficient generative AI, including LLMs, Multi-Modal Foundation Models, LLM Reasoning, Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI, and Autonomy.• Lead high-impact research initiatives and contribute to the development of production-ready solutions with real-world commercial impact.• Develop creative solutions that address practical challenges for on-device deployment.• Implement and evaluate solutions in both simulation and on-device environments.• Publish research findings in top-tier AI/ML conferences.• Contribute to strategic goals in efficient AI and embedded intelligence.What You'll Need• Proven research excellence demonstrated by publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences.• Deep expertise in Generative AI, Multi-Modal Foundation models, Vision Language Models, Reasoning, Reinforcement Learning, and Agentic AI.• Hands-on experience with model development pipelines, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.• A Master's degree and 2+ years of related work experience, or a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.• Experience in developing and/or optimizing machine learning models, systems, platforms, or methods.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($159,100 - $238,700) plus bonus potential and opportunity for RSU grants.• The opportunity to be part of a globally recognized AI research organization.• Engage in impactful projects with significant real-world deployment.• Collaborate with top researchers within a global network.Apply via Haystack today!
