If you are entrepreneurial, organized, and energized by the challenge of opening doors, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a growth strategy for commercial property services.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach and lead generation.Close deals and establish strong relationships with commercial clients.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure delivery on promises.Define and refine the commercial sales playbook.Achieve sales targets and earn based on results with uncapped commission potential.Essential Skills3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in new business development.Experience with CRM systems for data entry, pipeline management, and lead tracking.Proven ability to cold-call and conduct outreach to generate opportunities.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Self-directed work style with excellent time management and organizational skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities management, or property services.Existing relationships with property managers or commercial property owners in Eastern Iowa.Understanding of commercial service contracts and recurring revenue models.Work EnvironmentThe sales team consists of one full-time sales person and another who works part-time.
