Plant Manager

LHH is seeking a Plant Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client located near Valparaiso, Indiana. This is an opportunity to lead a flagship operation that produces high-demand products supporting critical industries across the region. You will oversee all operations including production, maintenance, engineering, EHS, and more as you manage major capital projects that drive continuous improvement, strengthen culture, and ensure operational excellence.
