Part-Time Property InspectorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Inspector to conduct routine inspections of residential properties. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field.ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled inspections of occupied and vacant residential propertiesDocument property conditions with notes and photographsIdentify maintenance concerns, lease violations, safety issues, or property damageSubmit inspection reports accurately and on timeCommunicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and management staffVerify completion of repairs and vendor work when neededAssist with move-in, move-out, and periodic property inspectionsQualificationsStrong attention to detail and observational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyBasic knowledge of residential property maintenance preferredComfortable using smartphone apps, email, and inspection softwareReliable transportation and valid driver's license requiredProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to walk properties and occasionally climb stairsSchedulePart-time flexible hoursSelf-scheduled position with assigned weekly inspectionsResponsibilities include visiting homes to verify properties are being properly maintained and cared for by tenantsCompensationHourly pay based on experienceMileage reimbursement may be providedPreferred ExperienceExperience in property management, real estate, maintenance, construction, or property inspections is a plus, but not required.We are a small but growing company, offering opportunities for professional growth that may lead to a full-time position.
